A scientific research published by a lecturer at the College of Biotechnology / University of Al-Qadisiyah; Khaled Hassan Al Jasmi, in collaboration with researchers from Spanish universities entitled

(Decoding task uncertainty: Moderating effects on participative budgeting and budgetary slack dynamics) in (Total Quality Management & Business Excellence) journal , which is considered within the first quarter (Q1) of the international publishing company ROUTLEDGE JOURNALS, TAYLOR & FRANCIS LTD, with Impact Factor = 9.3

The study included the effects of participatory budgeting on budget slack under different levels of task uncertainty and revealed the effect of mediating factors of goal orientation and job-related information on the cognitive and motivational aspects of participatory budgeting in situations characterized by task uncertainty.

The results revealed that participatory budgeting has a significant positive effect on budget slack, with this relationship mediated by goal orientation and job-related information.
