Assistant Professor Dr. Fadel Ghazi Al-Suwaidi at the College of Biotechnology, Al-Qadisiyah University, published a research entitled: (IN VITRO PROPAGATION OF LISIANTHUS PLANT (Eustoma grandiflorum) UTILIZING PHYTOHORMONES AND PERIODICAL SUBCULTURES, in IRAQ JOURNAL OF AGRICULTURAL RESEARCH, which is classified within Scopus and Clarivate lists.

The research aimed to use biotechnology to successfully multiply flour from the Louisiana plant and produce adventitious shoots during the periodic replanting period used in tissue culture. The study demonstrated the essential role of the external growth regulator kinetin alone on the propagation process of the Louisiana plant. The results achieved in this research are of great practical importance in the field of micropropagation of the Louisiana plant.
